Bacon the way it's suppose to be!

1/2 cup   Olive Oil

3 cups   Bakers Bacon, Double Smoked, Small Diced

8 ea   Yellow Onions, Thinly Sliced

1/4 cup   Garlic, Chopped Fine

1 bunch   Fresh Rosemary, Stemmed & Chopped

1 bunch   Fresh Sage, Leaves, Thinly Sliced

1 can   Tomatoes, Peeled, Skinned, & Diced

2 cans   Garbanzo Beans, Rinsed Well

To fill   Chicken Stock

To taste   Salt And Pepper



-Top tThe Soup Off With A Small Amount Of Pesto.


-Heat Up The Oil.

-Add The Bacon And Cook Out.

-Add The Onions And Cook Until They Turn Clear.

-Add The Garlic, Rosemary, And Sage.

-Cook For One Minute.

-Add The Tomatoes, Garbanzo Beans, And Stock.

-Bring To A Boil.

-Adjust Seasonings With Salt And Pepper.


-Top The Soup Off With A Small Amount Of Pesto.
