Whether you live down the street or you’re just passing through Monterey Bay, visit the Baker’s Bacon Company store in Marina for Bacon The Way It’s Supposed To Be. It all starts with the use of top quality and sustainable Duroc pork sourced from family farms. From there, we concoct the perfect blend of salt, sugar, and smoke utilizing real apple wood chips. Then we lay the bellies down for a dry cure for a full week and never inject with water.  

At our company store you can not only get this top quality bacon, but you’ll also be able to connect with one of our Bacon Team Members. Point to the cuts you want, get fresh bacon that we’ll slice for you right on the spot, and snag our premium varieties like Sous Vide and Back Bacon. 

In addition to our bacon, we offer ready-to-heat-and-eat proteins for convenient, delicious meals at home. Chef Bryan prepares all of these onsite! Choose from a selection of bacon fat carnitas, braised beef short ribs, bacon fat chicken wings, and more.
